Focus of Studies: Abiola plans to use her dissertation to examine the impact of AIDS in Nigeria, especially on women.  

About Abiola: Abiola has begun her program at OCMs, but visa challenges have forced her to begin more slowly than she had hoped. She hopes to use her research to build bridges into the Muslim community. In Nigeria, she leads a ministry focused on outreach to women, especially Muslims.

Prayer Requests: After repeated visa denials, Abiola has deferred her official start at OCMS until March 2008. Pray that she stays focused and that God will prepare a way for her to begin her work in earnest.
